- To taste salt
- as needed spring onion to garnish
Instructions to make to make Manchurian
- First of all take a mixing bowl. Put finely chopped cabbage in it then add ginger garlic paste, salt 1/2 tsp, ground spices powder, red chilli powder. Add corn flour and refined flour. Then mix and bind. Make balls.
- Take pan put oil in it and fry manchurian balls till light brown colour... Once it cool down again fry it on high flame till dark brown colour.
- Take 4-5 tsp water and 1 tsp corn flour make a slurry.
- Take another pan... Put 2-3 tsp of oil... Now add green chilli saute it add ginger garlic paste... Add onion and saute it 1 min.... Then add capsicum saute it 1 min then add cabbage mix it well....
- Then add soy sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup... Mix it well.
- Then add ajino moto and corn slurry in it.... Add 1 cup of water and boil it.
- Now add manchurian balls and toss it... Manchurian is ready
